Twestival Bangalore Feb 2009, what really happened
These are just some pics i took on my phone, will have better ones from a friend’s DSLR soon..
Mark Rego(quizmaster) giving a brief intro to Twestival and Charity Water. Then we showed one of the videos (the Scott Harrison one)and then Mark started the Booze and Brains quiz.
KT Thomas volunteered his time by running a few of the videos in between the quiz..
The live feed was being broadcast through another laptop… whose camera could’nt really pick up much..other that the stage 
Some of the dedicated Tweeters made themselves comfy and started tweeting.. the others were having a good time with the quiz. In fact almost no one played at the Wii zone.
Very few people played it. Basically we were originally supposed to have it at a more open area, where people could have easier access to it. Unfortunately at the last minute we were told that that area was no longeravailable, but alternate arrangements had been made.
Unfortunately, it was somewhere behind the scenes, between the kitchen and the loos.. so there were few people who played, and lots of people walking through..
Other volunteers from the Flip team, Amrita and Pooja manned the Merchandise section(will post pics soon) where they raised money throught the sale of postcards and stickers. Rolf Marren and Thomas Louis took orders for their textile and ceramic products, a percentage from all of which goes to charity water.
